What are check in and check out times?

Check-in time is after 2 pm. Earlier check-in is available on request subject to availability. 

Check-out time is 11 am and we can provide a wake-up service on request. Later check-out is available subject to availability. Charges may apply.

What are the front desk hours?

The hotel’s front door is usually locked after midnight. However, guests can still access the hotel by ringing the doorbell.

What parking facilities are available?

We do not have any designated parking at the hotel however, you can leave your car outside the hotel free of charge between 10 pm and 8.30 am on weekdays and between 1.30 pm on Saturday and 8.30 am on Monday.

PLEASE NOTE spaces during these times are first come first served and very limited.

 

What transport facilities are available?

We are a short 3 – 5-minute walk from Earls Court tube station which is on the Picadilly and District tube lines.

The hotel is also accessible via London Busses 74, C1, C3 and 328.

Which is the nearest London airport?

Heathrow is the nearest airport to the hotel.

From Heathrow, you can take the Picadilly tube line directly to Earls Court tube station. The underground tube journey is 35 – 45 minutes and the walk from Earls Court tube station to the hotel is around 3 – 5 minutes.

Do you provide a concierge service?

Yes, we can arrange taxis, private transport, local tours and other services on request. Please click here to get in touch and make your concierge requests for your stay.

Is there a luggage store at the hotel?

We have a luggage room that is free for all guests to use and each room has a lockable safe box.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment cards.

Can you provide a baby cot?

Yes, we have baby cots available and pride ourselves on being a child-friendly hotel. However, you must request a cot prior to your stay to ensure availability, please click here to get in touch and make a baby cot request for your stay.

Do you allow pets at the hotel?

No, the hotel is completely pet-free.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Our rooms are not air-conditioned but we are can provide fans upon request.

Can I change or modify my booking?

Depending on your type of booking we may be able to cancel or modify the terms of your stay.

Do you offer daily housekeeping?

We offer daily housekeeping service to all of our guests, free of charge.

What is the hotels smoking policy?

The hotel is strictly non-smoking in all inside areas. There is a designated smoking area outside the hotel.
